The Links Glyfada

The Links Glyfada

The Links Glyfada is positioned between the coastline of the Athenian Riviera and the open landscape of the Glyfada Golf Course, occupying a location defined by openness, light and horizon.

Comprising four residences, the project is conceived as a continuous architectural composition, where the building is not approached as a single volume but as a sequence of interconnected elements. Through this approach, the overall structure is articulated in a way that allows each part to maintain its own identity while remaining part of a unified whole.

Volumes, terraces and open spaces are carefully arranged to establish a clear relationship between interior and exterior living. Rather than creating rigid boundaries, the architecture allows space to unfold gradually, extending daily life across multiple spatial layers.

Light, orientation and horizon play a central role in shaping the spatial experience. Openings are positioned with precision, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the interior while framing views towards the landscape and the distant sea.

Each residence is defined by its position within the building, engaging with its surroundings in a distinct yet coherent way. Grounded, horizontal and elevated conditions coexist within the project, forming a spatial sequence that moves from the landscape to the horizon.

The architecture does not impose itself on the site but responds to it, creating a balanced environment where built form and landscape remain closely connected.

The result is a living environment defined by clarity, openness and a strong sense of continuity.
