Statha Lofts

Statha Lofts

The residential building is developed on a corner plot, making the most of its double facade and strengthening its relationship with the urban fabric. The composition is based on a clear geometric logic, where the horizontal slabs of the balconies project dynamically, forming successive zones of private outdoor space and reinforcing the layering of the volume.

The extensive balconies, with slightly transparent parapets, allow for unobstructed views and the diffusion of natural light into the interior, while at the same time contributing to the creation of a light and contemporary character. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of vertical shading elements made of natural material, which function as light and privacy filters. These elements, in combination with the horizontal projections, create a balanced play of fullness and emptiness, shadow and light, adding depth and plasticity to the facades.

The material palette remains simple, with a dominant white coating that enhances the geometric purity of the whole, while the warm shades of wood introduce a sense of intimacy and human scale.

The building hosts modern two- and three-bedroom residences, designed with an emphasis on functionality, openness and comfort of everyday living. On the upper floors, lofts are developed, two-story residences with a special architectural character. Their internal organization is structured around a private patio, which functions as a core of light. The double-height living rooms and large openings offer unobstructed views of the city, creating a dynamic relationship between interior and exterior space.

The loft typology redefines the concept of urban housing, combining the flexibility of an open floor plan with the quality of a protected outdoor space, offering a unique living environment with a strong identity.
